An original floor-work choreography by Tatiana Marsheva using FLOW techniques, including sliding, spirals and anti-spirals, the principle of inertia, changes of speed, and original leg-work combinations.
Special attention is given to musicality — the principles of flow feeling.
In addition to dance practice, the workshop also covers the basic theoretical foundations of aesthetics and the principles of movement in the FLOW style.

In this class we will learn a sequence focusing on connecting movements in a broad, slow and fluid way. Working on slow, danced movement allows us to more consciously understand all the details that make the connection and transitions between movements become light and fluid.
