① EXOTIC OLD SCHOOL

EXOTIC OLD SCHOOL is where the art of Exotic Pole Dance originally began.
With a relatively simple movement vocabulary, this style is the most emotionally driven. It requires the performer to engage in strong acting, energetic interaction with the audience, and masterful control of bodily fluidity—capable of expressing the full range of sensuality, femininity, and sexuality through dance.
The balance between choreography and tricks can vary; the most important thing is that every movement is filled with passion.

② EXOTIC FLOW
The music must be no longer than 3 minutes.
Exotic Flow is a style that, despite its apparent smoothness and fluidity, requires the dancer to master quite complex dance techniques.
The Flow Movement technique—sharing its name with the Exotic Flow style—is based on transferring the impulse of movement from one center of the body to another.
Exotic Flow has a rich and complex dance vocabulary that combines both gross and fine motor skills, broken and straight lines, spirals and anti-spirals.
If Exotic Flow could be described in a single word, it would be “wave.” Body waves in various planes—whether static or dynamic, and performed by different parts of the body—form the foundation of Exotic Flow movement.
Another important component of the style is “floor work” (parterre techniques), as well as “leg work”—a dance vocabulary expressed through movements of the feet.

② エキゾチック・フロー（EXOTIC FLOW）

エキゾチック・フローは、一見なめらかで流れるように見えるスタイルですが、実は非常に高度なダンステクニックの習得が求められます。
フロームーブメントのテクニック（エキゾチック・フローと同名）は、身体のある中心から別の中心へと動きの衝動（インパルス）を伝達することに基づいています。
エキゾチック・フローは、粗大運動と微細運動、途切れたラインと直線、スパイラルとアンチスパイラルを組み合わせた、豊かで複雑なダンスの語彙を持っています。
もしエキゾチック・フローを一言で表すとすれば、それは「波（Wave）」です。静止した状態でも動いている時でも、身体のさまざまな部位によって生み出されるあらゆる方向のボディウェーブが、エキゾチック・フローの動きの基盤を成しています。
このスタイルにおいてもうひとつ重要な要素は、「フロアワーク（floor work）」と呼ばれる床上でのテクニック、そして「レッグワーク（leg work）」と呼ばれる、足で表現するダンスの動きです。

③ EXOTIC HARD STYLE
The music must be no longer than 3 minutes.
Exotic Hard — if we had to describe this style in one word, it would be “tricks.”
But that would be oversimplifying it…
One of the most common questions in this category is: What comes first—tricks or dance?
Exotic Hard is not just about performing many heel tricks. If that were the case, it wouldn’t be much different from Pole Sport—aside from the use of heels.
This style features choreography with a high density of trick combinations—both on the pole and on the floor. The key is that these tricks must be executed choreographically and musically.
Exotic Hard is typically dynamic, expressive, and performed at a fast tempo, with a strong rhythmic base and dense trick content.
However, Exotic Hard can also be slow and fluid, with complex transitions and smooth, flowing sequences.
Exotic Hard is best described as “dancing stunts.”

③ エキゾチック・ハード（EXOTIC HARD ）

エキゾチック・ハード——このスタイルを一言で表すなら、それは「トリック」。
でも、それだけではこのスタイルのすべてを語りきれません。
このカテゴリーでよく聞かれる質問のひとつは、「ダンスが先か、トリックが先か？」ということです。
エキゾチック・ハードは、単にヒールを使ったトリックの連発ではありません。それだけなら、ポールスポーツとヒールの有無以外に違いはないでしょう。
このスタイルでは、ポール上でも床上でも多くのトリックを組み込んだ振付が特徴です。そしてそれらは、音楽的に、かつ振付の一部として表現されなければなりません。
通常はダイナミックで表現力豊か、高速テンポでリズム感があり、トリックの密度が高いのが特徴です。
とはいえ、エキゾチック・ハードはスローで滑らかな展開も可能であり、複雑なコンビネーションが滑らかに流れるように繋がることもあります。
一言で言えば、“踊るスタント”。それがエキゾチック・ハードです。

④ EXOTIC FREE STYLE
The music must be no longer than 3 minutes.
This category has one essential rule:
Your performance must combine Exotic Pole Dance with at least one other dance style (such as Latin, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Reggae, Jazz, or any other genre).
This requirement is also reflected in the judging criteria, under the scoring item:
“Harmony of Vocabulary of Other Dance Styles.”
We encourage you to be creative and experimental—mix styles, explore unconventional shapes and lines, and express unique characters and emotions.
But always remember: fusion is not optional—it is required.
You may choose any music you like and choreograph your routine freely.
⚠️ Note:
This is not an improvisational freestyle with unknown music.
You must select your music in advance and prepare a complete choreographed performance, as with the other categories.
This category allows you to express your personal interpretation of Exotic—outside of Old School, Hard, or Flow—but always in fusion with another dance discipline.
Non-pole dance shoes are allowed in this category.

④ エキゾチック・フリースタイル（EXOTIC FREE STYLE）

このカテゴリーには重要なルールがあります：
必ず、エキゾチック・ポールダンスと他ジャンルのダンススタイル（ラテン、ヒップホップ、バレエ、レゲエ、ジャズなど）を融合させた作品であること。
このルールは、審査項目にも反映されています：
「他のダンススタイルとの語彙の調和（Harmony of Vocabulary of Other Dance Styles）」
ジャンルの垣根を越えて自由に創作し、ユニークな動き、形、感情表現を探求してください。
ただし、他ジャンルとの融合は必須条件であることを忘れずに。
楽曲は自由に選び、振付・ルーティンもご自身で構成してください。

この「フリースタイル」は、即興で知らない曲に合わせて踊るスタイルではありません。
他のカテゴリーと同様に、事前に楽曲を決定し、振付済みのパフォーマンスを準備してください。
このカテゴリーは、「オールドスクール」「ハード」「フロー」などの枠にとらわれず、
必ず他ジャンルのダンスと融合した、あなた独自のエキゾチックスタイルを自由に表現できる場です。
※ポールダンス用でないシューズの着用も可能です。

This category is for participants who want to make a real theatre show. A performance with non-standard elements for a classical Exotic Pole dance style, with a story to tell, with most courageous image and screenplay. This category is for real exotic experiments.

This category is all about creating a true SHOW without limits!
Exotic Pole Dance groups or duets can participate. The ratio of tricks and choreography is optional – we simply want to see your creativity, passion, and performance energy on stage. This is your chance to break the rules and shine in your own style!
Footwear: Please wear pole dance heels or pole dance boots.

This category is for performers who want to showcase Exotic style choreography without the use of a pole.
The pole will be removed from the stage, so the entire performance will consist solely of floor work.
You are free to choose the style and structure of your exotic floor routine—creative expression is encouraged.

This category is reserved for pole dancers who have achieved significant recognition—both in Exotic and other styles of pole dance.
Participants in the EXOTIC STAR category may include those with multiple competition wins (whether in Exotic or other pole disciplines), as well as dancers who have earned strong influence, authority, or popularity within the Exotic pole dance scene.
⚠️ Please note:
All performances in this category must be presented in Exotic style, and performers must wear high heel shoes or boots.
This is a requirement of the competition, regardless of the dancer’s background or previous achievements.
This category is a showcase for top-level performers who represent excellence in pole dance artistry, musicality, and stage presence.

このカテゴリーは、エキゾチックに限らず、ポールダンスの世界において高い評価と実績を持つダンサーのための特別カテゴリーです。
エキゾチック・スターの参加対象には、エキゾチックはもちろん、その他のポールダンスジャンルで優勝経験を持つ方や、エキゾチックポールダンスシーンで強い影響力・知名度・権威を持つダンサーが含まれます。
⚠️ ご注意：
本大会においては、すべてのパフォーマンスはエキゾチックスタイルで行うこと、
そしてヒールまたはブーツを着用することが必須条件となります。
過去の実績やジャンルに関わらず、このルールはすべての参加者に適用されます。
このカテゴリーは、ポールダンスにおける芸術性・音楽性・舞台表現において卓越したトップレベルのパフォーマーが集う特別なステージです。
